Yoga Competition

Tuning in before the start of the Yoga Competition.

Flexibility Contest. White House won.

Bound Lotus.

Frogs. How many can you do in 2min.? The winners did over 150.

Serban Dhande Kriya. 2 min. 68 repetitions.

Stretch Pose the winners went over 5min. The record is at 7min.

Guru Sundesh Singh is getting prepped for extra endurance.

In this competition the participants had to recite Japji in Front Platform Pose.
